Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fuse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fuse is an anonymous-first platform for connecting founders, builders, and professionals. We help people find collaborators without revealing their identity until both parties choose to do so.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Fuse.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others or impersonate any person or entity.
• You may close your account at any time via Settings → Danger zone.

You agree not to use Fuse to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Spam, scrape, or use automated tools without permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent the anonymous-first design to identify other users without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

You own the content you post on Fuse. By posting it, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver it to other users as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

We are not obligated to monitor conversations or listings. However, we reserve the right to review, remove, or delete any content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these terms.

If you spot content that infringes your copyright, is illegal, or violates our rules, please report it to support@fuseboard.online so we can take action.

Fuse connects professionals, but we do not run background checks, verify identities, or vet the skills and qualifications of our users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and any business or professional decisions you make based on them. We are not a party to any agreements you make with others and are not liable for any disputes or losses that result from connections made on the platform.

Fuse maintains anonymity by default. Identity reveals are strictly mutual — both parties must explicitly consent before any real identity information is shared. We will never reveal your identity unilaterally.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

If you purchase a subscription or any premium features on Fuse, you will be billed in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental purchases. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Billing disputes should be directed to support@fuseboard.online.

Fuse is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability for losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

If a third party takes legal action or makes a claim against us because of something you did on Fuse — such as the content you posted, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these terms — you agree to take full responsibility. This means you will cover any associated damages, liabilities, and legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal disputes arising from your use of Fuse will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Fuse after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
